7-day money-back guarantee. The fee is fully refundable if Customer requests a refund in writing to support@ai4ciso.ai before the PDF report has been delivered to Customer’s inbox and within 7 days of purchase. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within ten (10) business days.
After delivery. Once the PDF report has been delivered, the engagement is complete and the fee is final, because the value of the deliverable has been transferred. If Customer believes the delivered report contains a factual error, contact us and we will review and, where warranted, correct it at no charge.
No trial period
There is no free trial. The charge is immediate upon checkout. This is a one-time purchase, so there is nothing to cancel or renew.
Credit toward a subscription
If Customer chooses to continue to an Aegis AI™ virtual-CISO subscription at ai4ciso.ai within thirty (30) days of receiving the report, the $1,495 paid credits toward the first month of that subscription. The credit applies when Customer subscribes using the same billing email used for this purchase. This is an optional convenience, not a condition of the purchase.
Exceptions
ElasticD3M, LLC may, at its discretion, grant refunds beyond what this Policy requires, for example in cases of a demonstrated service failure on our part. Any such refund is exceptional and does not modify this Policy.
Disputed charges and chargebacks
Customer agrees to contact support@ai4ciso.ai and attempt to resolve any billing dispute in good faith before initiating a chargeback with Customer’s bank or card issuer. We respond to billing questions within one business day.
