Program terms, in plain language
- Fee: 20% of the purchase price, which is $299 per completed $1,495 analysis.
- Attribution: the buyer reached us through your tagged link and ran the free check with the email they later purchased with, within 90 days, or named your firm at purchase. Attribution questions are resolved in the partner’s favor when our records support it.
- Payout: monthly, by bank transfer, after each purchase’s 7-day money-back window has cleared. Refunded purchases do not pay a fee.
- Client price: never changes. The fee comes out of our revenue, not on top of your client’s price.
- Self-referrals: a purchase for your own firm is welcome, but it is a purchase, not a payable referral.
- Representation: you may say you refer clients to ai4pci.ai; you may not sign, promise, or commit anything on our behalf, and the program is not exclusive for either side.
- Changes: we can amend or end the program prospectively with 30 days’ notice; every attributed referral made before a change pays out under the terms that existed when it was made.
Common questions
Does my client pay more when they come through a partner link?
No. The analysis is $1,495 flat for everyone, partner link or not. The referral fee comes out of our side, never added to your client’s price.
How is a referral tracked?
Your link carries your partner tag (for example ai4pci.ai/gap-check?ref=yourfirm). When a visitor runs the free SAQ check through your link and opts in with the email they later purchase with, the purchase is attributed to you. A buyer who names your firm at purchase counts too. The window is 90 days.
When do I get paid?
Monthly. Each attributed purchase pays $299 once its 7-day money-back window has cleared without a refund. We reconcile at the start of each month and pay by bank transfer.
Do I have to sell anything or join calls?
No. The whole path is self-service: your client runs the free check, sees their likely SAQ on screen, and decides on the full analysis themselves. There are no calls for you or for them.
Can I resell or white-label the analysis?
No. The report is delivered directly to your client under our name, and you stay their trusted advisor for what to do with it. If you want to build remediation work on top of the findings, that business is entirely yours.
